The purpose of our Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) provision is to ensure every student is highly employable and well equipped for future decision-making.
QK has long recognised the importance of this through a unique level of employability skills training throughout the school, an effectively targeted careers service and corporate engagement with supporting partnerships.
We offer a planned programme of activities, based on the needs of our students, that provide access to impartial, unbiased and independent information advice and guidance.
We believe in the;
- Value of role models
- Power of episodic learning
- Constant skill development
- Raising aspirations
- Widening possibilities
- Changing lives

The Employability Passport is a curriculum programme structured to provide students with a range of key employability skills through their journey from Years 7 to 11 endorsed by the Tri Borough and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). At the end of Year 11 those students that have completed all activities will be eligible for the award. Our CEIAG programme is designed to provide a ladder of activities to meet the assessment criteria for the Employability Passport.
Supported by Career Ready UK, Quintin Kynaston brings together its supporters for bi-termly meetings to discuss how best to serve the needs of its students. Our supporters are global leaders in diverse industry sectors such as engineering, law, banking and finance, management consultancy, creative and marketing.
